Cellulite Wrap Recipe
Body Wrap Ingredients
- 1 cup Slimming Body Clay Mask
- 3 cups black coffee or green tea
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 10 drops lemon or grapefruit oil
- Non-metal bowl and utensil
- Elastic Cloth bandages
- Mylar Blanket
- Plastic sheet or plastic tablecloth
- Cling wrap (optional)
- Measuring tape
- Measurement chart
- Application brush (optional)
- Natural Bristle Dry Body Brush
Body Wrapping Preparation
- Brew three cups of black coffee or green tea and while it’s hot, stir in Slimming Body Clay Mask to form a thick mixture. Not too thick, in order have enough clay to spread over your body
- Now stir in the olive oil and Lemon or grapefruit oil
- Optional: Use a plastic sheet, plastic garbage bags or plastic tablecloth over your work area to prevent drips.
Body Wrapping Steps
- Measure your entire body (use the measuring tape, and record measurements on progress chart provided)
- Dry brush your entire body (refer to “Dry Body Brushing” steps)
- Begin applying the clay mask in thin layers using your hands and/or application brush to cellulite-prone areas like thighs, buttocks and arms (abdomen for stretch marks and inch loss is optional)
- Once clay is applied to a specific area, apply elastic cloth bandage wraps tight, but not tight enough to cut off circulation. Optional: wrap with plastic wrap over the cloth bandages. Then proceed to the next area and repeat
- Wrap yourself in the mylar blanket provided
- For best results – Relax for about 1 hour
- Remove the wraps and wipe off excess residue with moist cloth. For best results do not shower for at least 6 hours following your wrap to allow the benefits of the “Slimming Body Clay Mask” to continue to work
- Remeasure the areas you’ve wrapped (record on the progress chart)
- After removing wraps, apply “Firming Body Cellulite Cream,” this is the only product that should be used after the wrap to enhance results
