Clay Mask Recipes
FACIAL MASK
Ingredients:
1.5 tbsp of Slimming Body Clay Mask
1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
1 tsp of organic coconut oil or olive oil
1 tbsp of purified water
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients into a non-metal bowl and mix with a non-metal spoon (wooden spoon or spatula)
- Spread on your face and neck using clean fingers or a application brush
- Let sit for 15 mins
- Rinse with warm water and pat dry and apply your favorite moisturizer
STOMACH SLIMMING MASK
Ingredients:
4 tbsp of Slimming Body Clay Mask
8 tbsp of hot brewed green tea (brew one cup_
2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
1 tsp of organic coconut oil or olive oil
1 to 2 Ace bandages
Plastic cling wrap
Waist trainer (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients into a non-metal bowl and mix with a non-metal spoon (wooden spoon or rubber spatula)
- Spread mixture on stomach around to your back
- Add additional green tea to the remaining mixture to create enough liquid to soak your bandage in, squeeze out excess (be sure the entire bandage is saturated)
- Using tension to wrap you abdomen with the bandage wrap, tuck the end of the wrap to secure in place
- Completely cover with plastic wrap over the bandage wrap
- Optional: Put on a waist trainer
- Let sit for 45 mins to an hour
