Clay Mask Recipes

FACIAL MASK

Ingredients:

1.5 tbsp of Slimming Body Clay Mask 

1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar 

1 tsp of organic coconut oil or olive oil 

1 tbsp of purified water 

 

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a non-metal bowl and mix with a non-metal spoon (wooden spoon or spatula)
  2. Spread on your face and neck using clean fingers or a application brush
  3. Let sit for 15 mins
  4. Rinse with warm water and pat dry and apply your favorite moisturizer

 

STOMACH SLIMMING MASK

Ingredients:

4 tbsp of Slimming Body Clay Mask 

8 tbsp of hot brewed green tea (brew one cup_

2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar 

1 tsp of organic coconut oil or olive oil

1 to 2 Ace bandages

Plastic cling wrap

Waist trainer (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a non-metal bowl and mix with a non-metal spoon (wooden spoon or rubber spatula)
  2. Spread mixture on stomach around to your back
  3. Add additional green tea to the remaining mixture to create enough liquid to soak your bandage in, squeeze out excess (be sure the entire bandage is saturated) 
  4. Using tension to wrap you abdomen with the bandage wrap, tuck the end of the wrap to secure in place
  5. Completely cover with plastic wrap over the bandage wrap
  6. Optional: Put on a waist trainer
  7. Let sit for 45 mins to an hour
