Domestic Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.believable-beauty.com.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Carrier – Due to Covid-19 No Shipping times can be guaranteed.

  • UPS Next Day Air Saver®
  • UPS® Ground
  • UPS® Standard

 We do not accept liability for packages shipped to the incorrect address provided at the time of purchase, packages signed for on your behalf that end up missing and/or damaged.  In the case that a package arrives damaged, please start the process by filing a claim with the carrier and forwarding those claim details to us via contact@believable-beauty.com

Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility and packages with a high value should be sent with a signature requirement.

  • Due to USPS delays due to COVID-19 we will be shipping all orders through United Parcel Services (UPS)
  • We offer priority shipping shipping on orders.  Please note, First Class Shipping is the slowest form of shipping and USPS no longer prioritizes tracking first class packages.  If you need to have your product in less than 7-10 days, please pay for Priority or Overnight shipping.
